When contacting me, please state your intention to commission me in the first message. Please do not start off with a "hello" and nothing else. Putting all the information needed in one message is highly appreciated - like the commission type, pose, background, ref sheet ect.

The client is to provide at least one reference image for the character that is to be drawn. Anything less is considered a custom design and will have extra costs.

If minimal details are given on the pose/background ect., even after requesting more information, you allow me, as the artist, to take artistic liberty.

Any further questions not answered in this tos can be discussed.

I, as the artist, strive to perform to the best of my ability when creating said commission.

I have the right to refuse any commission request.

If you have partaken in/supported racist, homophobic, abelist or any bigotry of the sort, you will be blacklisted and forbidden from commissioning me in the future.

Clients are forbidden to use my art to train AI generators or sell for NFTs.

I, as the artist, retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights.

I kindly request that clients, who have not interacted with me in the past, do not try to persue a friendship with me subsequent to the project being finished.

Commissioners are permitted to use art commissioned as profile pictures, banners, personal prints ect. as long as proper credit is given.

Clients must not edit or modify art without permission from me.

I accept payment through PayPal only.

Through dms, I will send you a link to my PayPal.me that you are to pay through.

Full payment for projects under $150 USD is to be made upfront.

For commissions over $150 USD, a payment plan can be discussed.

Prices are subject to change depending on complexity, requirements or additional requests.

I do not accept refunds once I have begun the sketching process.

However, under the condition that I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I will provide the client with a full refund. If work by this point is usable by the client (anything past the sketch), only a partial refund will be provided

Maxiumum one month turn-around time. This is subject to increase depending on the complexity of the project.

I keep in contact with the commissioner to inform them of any progress, delays and/or updates.

The client may request major changes during the sketching/composition phase. Past this stage, the client may only request minor changes.

When the commission is completed, I provide the client with a google drive link for the full quality.
